FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and we don't pro-rate refunds.

What happens when I hit the Free-tier cap?

Realtime sessions stop minting until the next monthly reset (first of the UTC month). You can keep using uploads and the dashboard; only live sessions are gated.

Is the price the final price?

Prices are shown in USD and exclude any local sales tax or VAT. Where applicable, Stripe calculates and adds it at checkout based on your billing address.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Not yet. If you're interested, email support@phantum.app — we'll add you to the waitlist.

Can I get a refund?

We don't issue refunds for partial periods, but if something goes wrong on our end (a billing bug, a service outage that affected your session) email support@phantum.app and we'll make it right.
